After graduation, it has been almost two months since I became an employee of Senny. This time, I was fortunate to have the training opportunity provided by the company, through this training, I saw some problems in myself and around me, which guided more scientific and effective ways and methods to improve work efficiency in the future. I believe that a high-quality corporate team is essential to improve execution and implementation. On the one hand, it requires management and decision makers to be highly qualified and competent, and on the other hand, it requires an overall and comprehensive improvement in the quality of employees.

In my opinion, to shape and improve the execution of employees, we need to improve our consciousness first. Colleagues should fully understand the purpose of their work, correct their working attitude, strengthen their sense of mission and responsibility, take the company's affairs as their own, take the problems and difficulties of each department as the problems and difficulties of their own departments, think what the company thinks, and understand that safeguarding the interests of the company is safeguarding their own personal interests. Think of solutions to problems rather than making excuses. At work, you are quite active in your own department's work or in your own job assigned to you by the company's management, but if you need to coordinate with multiple departments and people to complete the work, it usually does not go well and causes procrastination. If we understand the principle of "helping others is helping ourselves", we will take the initiative to cooperate with others and with other departments, which actually improves our own execution and the efficiency of the company.

Secondly, superiors should also carry out effective supervision and guidance of the work of their subordinates, paying attention to details, and after formulating strategies and programmes, they should also carry out step-by-step management, so that policies are always adhered to, and the process and details must be paid attention to, supervised and guided one by one. Strengthen communication with the staff, understand the implementation of the grass-roots level, and supervise employees who do not perform well enough in their work, and eradicate bad phenomena in a timely manner. Finally, it is necessary to improve the quality of the staff; high-quality employees who can enhance the execution of the enterprise should have a tough attitude to work, and have the correct values, ideals and career outlook. This kind of moral character is expressed in the work, which is able to withstand pressure, self-regulation and self-motivation in the face of difficulties.

In addition, everyone's time is limited and we need to be able to manage our time, efficiency is the key to effective execution. We need to use the only 24 hours we have each day to make our time more efficient and effective, and what we choose to do or not do becomes a decisive factor in efficiency, but often the most urgent things at work are not necessarily the most important things. Being good at allocating your time also means being good at prioritising things according to their importance and urgency.

Execution is not a quick fix, but a long process. As a manager, you have to grasp the big picture, be a thought leader, a learner, a performer and a problem-solver. As an employee, you should always remember your job responsibilities and look at and deal with problems as a master. Only in this way can we build a strong executive team and promote faster and more stable development of the enterprise.

Reflections after executive training

                         ----- Feng Shenghu

I benefited from a day of learning on "Shaping and improving employee performance". I think the following aspects are worth considering.

We should consider all aspects of the production process when placing an order, such as the delivery date of the embryo cloth, the delivery date of the dyeing plant, and any unexpected circumstances in production, etc. We should make a plan on how to complete the order after the quantity and delivery date have been determined. The target must match the plan. If the target is too big, the plan will not be fulfilled. Of course, the delivery time of the order should not be too long, too long can not meet the customer's requirements and no market competitiveness.

Secondly, execution is the ability to complete tasks on schedule with quality and quantity. I think the gap between everyone's ability is not big, the key is to have no heart to do things, there is no good play of their positive energy. If you work with your heart, you will definitely complete the task. Combined with our company's situation, that is, our company's orders should be produced from proofing to start to think carefully: fastness, price, speed, etc. The division of labour should be clear, to specialise in the production of goods. The division of labour should be clear, to be specifically supervised, to delineate the responsibilities of each department, and to carry out regular inspections.

Time management: Each person should use and arrange his or her time in a reasonable manner. Each person's job position and work nature are different. We should arrange time according to our own situation. Try to achieve maximum working efficiency.

 Goal planning and time management

On September 13, 2014, I was fortunate enough to be selected by the company to attend a training session with Hao Dao Consulting, the theme of which was the shaping and improvement of employees' executive power. Execution ability is the ability of employees to turn the orders and ideas of their superiors into action, to get results through action, and to complete tasks with quality and quantity in the whole process. To improve execution is to focus on the results to be obtained, not to give up, as far as possible to plan, decompose, and then solve the difficulties, so that the task can be completed with less effort.

Under the guidance of our teachers, we systematically learn about the six systems of execution.
Objective system: Understand and summarise the content, timeframe, extent, method and importance of the task, analyse and develop a clear action plan based on this.
Motivation system: How to motivate the person performing the task.
  3. Communication system: methods and techniques for communicating with superiors, with employees, with different departments and with external parties.
  4. Skills system: how to arrange things appropriately, according to the person's strengths and weaknesses.
  5. Management systems: managing time and improving execution effectiveness.
  6. Review system: review mechanisms and feedback on results.

The essence of enhancing execution lies in: simplifying the target, focusing on the key points, quantifying and measuring what is simple, flowing and operable what is quantified, and institutionalising and easily managing what is flowing.

After a day's learning, the most profound insights are:

Firstly, when doing things, you can't just bury your head in the sand. Take a few minutes to analyse clearly what I want to do, to what extent, how much time is needed, what is the most critical when doing it, in which aspects you may encounter difficulties and how to solve them. Only when you have a clear plan of action can you be sure of what you are doing and face the problems you face with ease.

Secondly, the face of different people, there are different ways of communication, as the teacher summarised: reporting on the results of the work on the programme, the summary of the work on the process, the arrangement of the work on the standard, the handover of work on ethics, recall the work on feelings. Aptly summarised are the main points of communication within the company. The process of doing things, that is, a process of constant communication with people, learn to communicate with people, many things can be done with less effort.

Thirdly, learn to manage your time. Classify the things you have to do according to their importance and urgency, and then arrange your time appropriately. At the beginning of each day, give yourself 5-10 minutes to plan what you need to accomplish today, make a time allocation, and follow the plan to complete the task at hand, instead of doing one thing in the east and another in the west and ending up doing only half of everything.

People need to keep learning in this life, and learning is the only way to improve, but more importantly, we need to put what we learn into action and really put it into practice.

Time management and efficiency

                     ----- Wu Xiaofan

First of all, I would like to thank the company for arranging this training for me, it gave me something to think about and was very beneficial!

Execution is the ability to act to get results! The three elements of execution are willingness, ability and environment. In terms of willingness, I think I have the will to do well; in terms of environment, you can't choose the environment as you wish, you can only adapt to it. As a newcomer, I really need to improve my ability! What struck me most about this training was the time management aspect, if you can't manage your time, you can't manage anything! Time is the only resource that is fair to all of us, only time doesn't lie about what you spend it on and what you end up becoming!

The essence of time management is actually self-management, and Mr Wang introduced us to the 28 rules of time allocation. Not quite! The teacher advises us to list out our work before we start, which is worth 80 per cent, which is worth 20 per cent, which requires a block of time to complete, which pieces of time can be completed, set out a plan for the day, and then resolutely execute, the most important thing is not to let the sudden emergence of things to disrupt your plans, do things one by one in the end! It would just be a waste of time doing nothing right!

Mr. Wang Wei gave us a time table of successful people and ordinary people. Successful people spend about 60% of their time on training and recharging, planning, knowledge management and skills upgrading, while ordinary people spend about 50% of their time hanging out, chatting, micro-blogging, playing games or doing things that pop up. This timetable is instructive in understanding what is really worth spending time on and avoiding spending time on trivial issues that don't produce the most performance and value for the most part! I think that setting out a plan before you start work and then working according to it is an effective means of improving self-management.

If we always just do what the leaders tell us to do without considering other things, then we can't blame the leaders for not considering us when we were promoted!

Team spirit and mindset

                     ----- Lee Cheung Wah

First of all, I would like to thank the company for giving me the opportunity to learn!
Mr Wang Wei first approached the course with the article "What is execution?", which focused on how an ex-soldier found a job, accepted the task unconditionally and overcame all the difficulties without making any excuses to complete what he promised to his boss, which touched me deeply.
Execution is the ability of an employee to turn orders and ideas from superiors into action, and actions into results, in order to complete tasks with quality and quantity. We should carry out the tasks given by our leaders in our workplace without any conditions or reasons. No matter how difficult it is, we should find a way to solve what the leadership has given us, instead of making all kinds of excuses, complaining, being irresponsible for the work, pushing the problem as soon as we can and never looking for our own problems.
The performance of a company does not depend on any one person, but on everyone working together. A teacher once told me about the barrel effect, in which a barrel is made up of many planks and the amount of water it holds is determined by the length of these planks. If one of the planks is short, the amount of water it can hold is limited by the short length of the plank.
As an employee of the company, I will not relent in the future work of the implementation of the leadership of the things explained, quality and quantity, unconditionally completed, usually do things to do day after day, day after day high. As a collective we should learn from each other's strengths and weaknesses, colleagues to learn from each other, to strengthen teamwork, in order to improve personal skills, in order to make the company's development better.

Objectives and execution

                   ----- Hammink

I would like to thank the company for giving me the opportunity to learn from this training course, which was very beneficial and impressive.

The definition of execution and how to set goals and plans correctly, which was discussed at the beginning of the course, helped me to understand how to better define feasible goals and how to make action plans according to the goals; as a salesman, it is very important to make a plan, we have to plan the time and place, we have to understand the customer's needs before visiting the customer, prepare samples according to the customer's needs, understand the advantages, functions and features of these samples, and when we should make a return visit after the visit, only when we do it professionally can we wait for the customer's approval.

The two videos that had the most impact on me from the course were one where the time had gone there and one that was a clip of never giving up.

Time is the only resource that is fair to all of us and it is only by managing it well that we can create other resources. We can categorise our work into several dimensions: urgent, non-urgent, important and unimportant. Avoid spending time on trivial issues that don't produce the most effectiveness and value - the 80/20 rule - and manage your time well by applying the 80/20 rule to time allocation.

Never Give Up is about an athlete who, under the guidance of his coach, completes a task he didn't think he could accomplish.

We fail because we don't believe in ourselves, we don't have a goal and we don't know our potential, but if you have a strong will to challenge yourself and go beyond your limits, you are not far from success.

Time management and results orientation

                        ----- Lisa Qi

An accident involving an American veteran's job search opens the course, a story that perfectly illustrates the definition of executive power.

When he was offered a job, he went out of his way to solve the problems he encountered, no matter what the cost, and he showed us his perseverance and the effort he put in to achieve his goal, and in the end he got what he wanted.

The most useful thing I learnt from the course was how to manage my time, I usually feel so busy, are we really that busy or are we just not allocating our time well? It is a question of how we spend our time. Firstly, we divide our work into four parts, important and urgent matters, important and non-urgent matters, unimportant matters and time-wasting matters; then we divide these matters into four parts and I allocate my time using the 80/20 rule. Being able to control a few important factors means being able to control the big picture. Avoid spending time on trivial issues that do not produce the most effectiveness and value.

In addition this course also talks about results orientation, we will emphasise a result in everything we do, we have to think in terms of results, we have to set goals first, set out a detailed plan, we have to take action, do it first, we have to go for the result, don't shout at the problem, procrastinate and eventually deviate from the result you want.

The course ends with a video about never giving up, in which an athlete completes a task he thought he couldn't do. In the process, the coach gives him a goal, encourages him and tells him not to give up, and in the end he finishes the whole course, winning applause ......

There's nothing you can't do, only things you won't do!
